Bar-B-Q Pit Corporate Challenge - September 11, 2010 at the Oyster Festival
Local companies / organizations are invited to compete in a Bar-B-Q / Grilling contest to determine who’s got the grilling skills.
A maximum of 15 teams will be involved in the competition.
Each team will cook four items for judging… pork, beef, chicken & seafood.

The teams will submit their entries for each of the four categories.
The judges will be certified BBQ & Grilling judges.
The team that earns the highest total score for all categories will win the competition.
The overall winner will gain possession of the BBQ Pit Norwalk’s Best Corporate Griller traveling trophy….and a year's worth of bragging rights.
Entry Fee is $500.00 per team
Includes: Grilling 101 Class for Team Captain
